We want to see an end to Cystic Fibrosis soon for all who suffer from this deadly inherited disease, but also for our close friend and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation committee member Kimberly Daskas, whose niece Emily has CF. Join legendary watermen Laird Hamilton, Dave Kalama and Jamie Mitchell as well as more than a dozen musicians, gold medalists and surfing legends at Pipeline To A Cure gala on Saturday, July 20 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa. It’s a fantastic event dedicated to raising awareness and funds to cure Cystic Fibrosis.

Making a donation or attending Pipeline to a Cure will have a direct positive impact on the lives of those suffering from Cystic Fibrosis. It affects the lungs and digestive system of nearly 30,000 people in the United States, and 700,000 worldwide.  Sadly, the average lifespan is just 37 years old. Researchers found that CF sufferers can benefit from surfing as it improves lung function.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. with a silent auction, hors d’oeuvres and cocktail reception; at 7 p.m. enjoy a gourmet dinner, live music, and live auction. Tickets cost $350 each.
